Look back at what this year taught you — about your energy, your boundaries, your brilliance 2. Tap into your Future You — the founder who leads with alignment, not just ambition 3. Make one or two intentional, grounded decisions for the season ahead Expect journaling prompts, space to breathe, and a little light planning — through a more intentional lens — to help you set the tone for what’s next.
